This Commercial License entitles you to use:

1 Product Commercially for 2 years

Please purchase additional license for additional kits/products you wish to use commercially.
To ensure your license is valid please register your license after purchase and prior to use.

Please note: This License does not include graphics or kit download. You must purchase the product you wish to use commercially in addition to license.

Terms of Use

You are permitted to do the following for a period of 2 YEARS from purchase date for ONE PRODUCT ONLY:

·        To use the product/kit to make completed scrapbook pages for others for your own profit. If you use these graphics in a layout submitted to a magazine , website or other publication you must give credit to Kirsten Smit of Kirky’s Kreations, please state the name of kit that was used and provide a link to kirkyskreations.com
Please ensure layouts are flattened to one flat image before distributing digitally.

·        You may alter these graphics by changing colours and size and even adding to them or removing from them as long as you don’t claim these graphics are your own. Please give credit where possible: eg- "Red Mesh digital background paper altered from original  cropped, resized -. Original Graphics Designed by Kirsten Smit of kirkyskreations.com " etc.

·        You may use these graphics on your own personal and business web pages. Please set-up your web site so that people visiting your site cannot copy and save the individual graphics. Please provide credit somewhere on your site that states – Graphics by Kirsten Smit of kirkyskreations.com

·        You may use them for your personal and business multimedia presentations, broadcast film and video; in printed promotional materials, magazines, newspapers, books, brochures, flyers, CD/DVD covers, business cards, letterhead, invitations, stationary etc. Please embed or flatten your design before distributing digitally.

·        To make candy wrappers and sell them for your own profit as long as they are sold in printed form. If selling wrappers as a downloadable product , ensure that the design is either flattened or graphics from the product/kit are embedded into the electronic document and cannot be removed.

This commercial license does NOT allow you:

·        To claim this graphics are your own.

·        To redistribute the graphics from the product/kit in any way (hard copy or electronic). This includes placing them in larger graphics collections, CDs, or sending through online communities or groups such as Yahoo, Google, MSN, EBAY or AOL nor in emails to any person.

·        To change the colour, shape or size of the graphics in the product/kit and then redistribute them in any way (hard copy or electronic).

·        To make and then sell electronic scrapbook pages (eg Quick Pages, Ploppers, Scrapbook-Max Templates etc) made from the product/kit so that someone could drop their pictures in using their graphics program.

·        To sell any web graphics sets, blogset, or templates for sale designed with any of my products.

·        To use any part of the product/kit for obscene, defamatory, immoral works, or any other use prohibited by law.
