A Limited Commercial use license is available upon request for use in small buisnesses.

This fee only includes the license for commerical USE of my product - the product must be purchased separately.

Some of the basics of what my license allows and doesn't allow includes:

The limited Commercial license entitles you to USE purchased products by Sarah VanDyke (Sarah's Scraps) in your small business design projects and ventures. This license excludes use of any quick pages/pre-made pages made by Sarah VanDyke or Sarah VanDyke Creative Team Members.

The license does not apply to my contributions in collaboration kits with any stores, sites, designers, or others. It also does not apply to any of my contributions created for the Scrapbook-bytes Tidbytes Ezine or member downloads (free or subscriber) or any other designs created as exclusive product for scrapbook-bytes or any other site.

The license does allow you to use purchased Sarah's Scraps products by Sarah VanDyke to create printed or completed digital products for your customers (such as layouts or greeting cards) and sell it for profit, provided that that there are no more than 200 prints made in total from your product. This license is NOT for mass production or national level advertising - This would require an additional licensing from the designer.

Because my agreement does not give you ownership of the copyright for my graphics, you may NOT make profit from selling my products, even if they have been modified. You CAN however, use them to create a NEW printed product (i.e. printed a scrapbook layout(s), a greeting card, a CD cover, etc) or flattened, completed digital product (In other words you can NOT create a quick page/pre-made page (digital or printed) in which a customer could place their own pictures in/on, or a layered template - it should be something completed and ready for print. Pictures must be inserted before printing to avoid copyright violation) which can then be sold for profit.

Contact me to get a sample complete license agreement to read over to be sure it fits your needs. By purchasing this license you agree to abide by all of the terms of use and license agreement.

Once I receive your purchase for this license, I will email you the actual valid license with signature.
