In buying this product, you are entering into an agreement with Jeanette Bollinger to use these items and the previews seen online FOR PERSONAL USE (NON-COMMERCIAL) ONLY.
Scrap for hire/others is allowed. Please read 1b for more information.
YOU MAY NOT SHARE, LOAN OR REDISTRIBUTE ANY/ALL PARTS OF THIS KIT. Do not use them and re-sell them as your own designs.

In other words:

1a. YOU MAY NOT claim these graphics as your own or alter them to claim as your own.

2a. YOU MAY NOT use any of the graphics in the making of brushes, tubes or patterns and redistribute them in any way.

3a. YOU MAY NOT Share these files with ANYONE. They are not to be stored on the internet, via 4shared, yousendit, or any other file storage website.
This includes Yahoo, Google or any other file sharing group! This is considered PIRATING and is ILLEGAL.

4a. YOU MAY NOT add these graphics to any CD for sale.

You ARE allowed under this agreement the following:

1b. YOU MAY Create pages for clients. As long as the finished
product is passed on as a flattened or printed version. And not sold as a layered format.

2b. YOU MAY alter these graphics and use them in your personal scrapbooking, Blog layout & card making/hybrid scrapbooking.

3b. YOU May submit layouts or cards that you have made with these graphics to any scrapbook or card making magazine
or publication as long as PROPER CREDIT IS GIVEN TO ME. This includes any images you may have altered.

4b. YOU MAY Create web graphics (Resolution no higher then 72dpi)

that I give out. Stealing copyrighted material is a strict liability crime protected under the intellectual property rights law,
which will, upon prosecution, impose heavy monetary damages.
